Excellence in Education Foundation
Fullerton Excellence in Foundation's educational programs include "Laptops for Learning" and the use of technology to support learning and teaching. The Foundation raises funds to support technology in the classrooms to increase achievement and "Laptops for Learning" scholarships in the Fullerton School District. Fullerton School District's nationally recognized innovative programs give our children the skills to be successful in the 21st Century.
The Fullerton Excellence in Education Foundation was founded in 2006 by community members and parents to support technology in our schools. With encouragement of the local community and several of the area's largest corporations, the Foundation will provide needed resources for the children of Fullerton.

Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century
Living in the 21st century, we are immersed in a technology and media-driven environment marked by access to an abundance of information and rapid changes in technology. As such, students within the Fullerton School District need to be able to apply knowledge and skills learned through their schooling to meet the demands of the workplace. To be effective in the 21st century, the Fullerton School District believes that students must be able to develop innovative products and processes using technology, construct knowledge and demonstrate creative thinking.
In order to put this concept into practice, we must place the necessary technological tools into the hands of our students. Accomplishing this is no small task, and can only be done with the help and support of special people like you - our community and business partners. As we join together, let us each do our part to contribute to the Fullerton Excellence in Education Foundation’s goal of providing resources for the children of Fullerton to use technology as well as support teaching and learning.
